My Healing Approach

The body has an innate ability to heal, sometimes it just needs a bit of help to get back into balance so it can. That's where I come in.

I specialise in comprehensive Usui Reiki treatments that combine traditional healing techniques with chakra balancing and, when beneficial, psychic surgery. 

I have studied Usui (traditional Japanese) Reiki under Vicki Haspels, Andrea Kerslake, and Jeremy O'Carroll and have developed my own custom combination of techniques including healing music, use of crystals, and meditative techniques designed to help you get back to your best, healed, self. 

Specialised Trauma Healing

I have a keen interest in trauma recovery and in finding gentle, non-invasive ways to treat trauma-related issues. Whether the source of your trauma is known or unknown, our healing sessions can help you:

• Release emotional blockages
• Clear negative energy
• Reconnect with your true inner self

My goal is to reduce the barriers to my clients' ability to receive healing treatment. 

Children of single parents are welcome in your session if no childcare options are available. Children are energetic beings and are likely to also benefit from being in that environment. 

I specialise in working with trauma injuries, especially when the source of the trauma is unclear or too difficult to discuss. Using gentle yet effective techniques, I offer healing without the need for verbal expression. Healing your trauma can empower our clients to reparent themselves, strengthen relationships, and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. 

I can also help treat physical pain and assist in physical healing, especially when western medical treatments have not helped.
